About Our Firm
H. Sanford Rudnick & Associates is a labor relations firm with over 30 years of on-the-job experience. We represent Management in matters concerning union elections, collective bargaining, negotiations, decertifications and union avoidance. We also deal with EEOC, NLRB, OSHA, grievances, arbitration, strikes and matters related to labor relations, disability benefits and harassment. If your company is faced with these issues or potential complaints of discrimination, wrongful dismissal or sexual harassment, we can help resolve them.
Our Founder
H. Sanford Rudnick is a graduate of U.C.L.A. and Lincoln Law School. He is not a practicing attorney. Throughout his educational career he has developed a specialized interest in the field of labor relations. He has studied all facets of management, such as personnel relations, production efficiency, motivation of employees, developing cost-effective benefit plans, collective bargaining and Union elections.
Mr. Rudnick's philosophy in the field of labor relations is based on the belief that Management should have the freedom to run their company according to their own best judgement and to maximize the resulting profits. Management also has the responsibility to treat their employees fairly, so that both employees and the company will prosper. Towards these objectives, we believe the best path is through successful negotiation and education.
